The V-shaped optical path enables the tip shape of the objective lens to be designed into a slender shape and is also suitable for assembly with equipment. A small body with excellent performance was born.



High flatness and deep focus depth are achieved


The Greenough optical design of the introversion Angle enables high flatness and deep focus depth to be achieved simultaneously. Can correctly focus from the front to the inside of the large concave and convex sample, get full three-dimensional observation image.




The observation image is true to the sample


Natural color reproduction function, can observe the original color of the sample. The shape of the sample can be observed more realistically by suppressing the bending of the image plane. In addition, the zoom ratio of 6.7 (0.67 times to 4.5 times) [SZ61],5 (0.8 times to 4 times) [SZ51], excellent performance.




Corresponds to ESD to prevent devices from being affected by static electricity

There is a SZ2-STU2 model that allows the Angle and length of the arm to be adjusted freely, and a SZ2-STU3, which can be fixed to the side of the equipment and exert power in assembly and inspection lines, which can effectively observe large samples that cannot be placed on the stage.
